During the 2-day training period (from October 30-31), the training participants were informed about the Civil Defense Law, introduced the search and rescue system, and steps to conduct search and rescue activities; at the same time, practiced the method of using rescue boats to bring people and property out of flooded areas.

Through the training, the officers and soldiers of the District Military Command and the militia force will gain more practical experience in natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, thereby proactively and effectively responding to any unusual weather developments, minimizing damage to people and property of the state, army and people when storms occur in the area.
