Phu Hoa District Farmers' Association currently has 9 association bases with 22,090 members operating in 89 branches and 316 association groups; there are 8 professional branches and 47 professional association groups with 882 members participating.

In the period of 2021-2023, the movement of farmers competing in good production and business continued to develop widely in all levels of the district's farmers' association with over 20,000 households registering to participate. Through evaluation, the whole district has 8,700 good production and business farmer households at all levels, accounting for 45% of agricultural households, of which 10 households at the central level, 184 households at the provincial level, 1,700 households at the district level, and 6,806 households at the grassroots level.

The movement has encouraged and motivated farmers to promote the spirit of solidarity, help each other to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, compete to get rich, and actively participate in building new rural areas. In particular, farmers' association members have been mobilized to donate 13,955m2 of land, contribute over 14 billion VND, 20,000 working days to build roads and rural infrastructure; contribute to eliminating temporary houses for 94 poor households with an amount of over 4.3 billion VND. In addition, it has created jobs for more than 7,500 rural workers; helped 404 households escape poverty, and 25 poor households become good producers and traders at all levels.
In the period of 2024-2027, Phu Hoa district will continue to innovate, improve the quality and effectiveness of the movement to create agricultural products with higher value and competitiveness, making practical contributions to the local new rural construction. Strive to have over 11,000 farming households register and over 10,700 households achieve the title of good production and business at all levels; each good production and business household from the provincial level or higher helps at least 1 poor farming household escape poverty, contributing to reducing multidimensional poverty in the locality.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association and Huynh Thi Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, praised the achievements of members and farmers in the district in the past time. At the same time, they requested that the district Farmers' Associations at all levels continue to promote the movement of farmers competing in good production and business throughout the localities; maximize the advantages, potentials, natural resources, and rural labor force to develop agriculture and forestry. Create favorable conditions for each good farmer in production and business to become a propagandist, an active agricultural extension worker to guide many other farmers to get rich legitimately, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks and goals of socio-economic development of the district.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Phu Hoa district awarded 17 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of farmers in production and good business, period 2021-2023.
