On September 23, at the District Citizen Reception Committee Headquarters (Dinh Tho 1 Quarter, Phu Hoa Town, Phu Hoa District), Comrade Le Ngoc Tinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council chaired the regular citizen reception meeting for September 2024.
On September 23, at the District Citizen Reception Committee Headquarters (Dinh Tho 1 Quarter, Phu Hoa Town, Phu Hoa District), Comrade Le Ngoc Tinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council chaired the regular citizen reception meeting for September 2024.
Also attending were comrade Le Van Hoa, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council; Bui Van Kim, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; leaders of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; leaders of agencies, departments, units of the district and People's Committees of communes and towns.
Citizens came to reflect and make recommendations at the regular citizen reception in September of the District Party Secretary and Chairman of the District People's Council, Le Ngoc Tinh.
At the meeting, citizens complained, reflected and recommended issues related to the issuance of land use right certificates, land encroachment, construction of traffic infrastructure in residential areas, compensation, site clearance, etc.
After listening to citizens' feedback and recommendations, comrade Le Ngoc Tinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council requested relevant departments, offices, units and People's Committees of communes and towns to inform and respond to each specific content; at the same time, requested the District People's Committee, departments, offices and units to coordinate with communes and towns to inspect, review and resolve cases within their authority, in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.
