The District Party Secretary periodically received citizens in November 2024.

On November 20, at the District Citizen Reception Committee Headquarters (Dinh Tho 1 Quarter, Phu Hoa Town, Phu Hoa District), Comrade Le Ngoc Tinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council chaired the regular citizen reception meeting for November 2024.

Also attending were comrade Le Van Hoa, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council; Bui Van Kim, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; Tran Thi Hanh, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee; leaders of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; leaders of agencies, departments, units of the district and People's Committees of communes and towns.

At the meeting, citizens came and directly expressed their opinions and recommendations to the Secretary of the District Party Committee on the main contents of granting land use right certificates, land encroachment, construction of traffic infrastructure in residential areas, compensation, site clearance, etc.

Comrade Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council Le Ngoc Tinh received the opinions and recommendations of citizens; directly responded to clarify many opinions of citizens, at the same time, directed agencies, units and localities to respond to opinions and recommendations of citizens within the prescribed time.
