Attending the meeting were leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district; leaders of departments and branches of the district; leaders and voters of Phu Hoa town.

After listening to the delegations of the Provincial and District People's Councils inform about the expected content and agenda of the regular session at the end of 2024, and answering voters' opinions and recommendations at the previous meeting, voters of Phu Hoa town requested competent authorities to build speed bumps on roads in the town to minimize traffic accidents; pay attention to environmental sanitation work on the N3 canal so as not to affect people's lives and agricultural production. In addition, voters also requested that leaders of agencies and units attend all meetings to promptly receive and respond to voters' opinions and recommendations.

According to the plan, from October 31 to November 1, Delegation Group No. 9 of the Provincial People's Council and Delegation Groups of the Phu Hoa District People's Council will meet with voters of Phu Hoa town and the communes of Hoa Dinh Dong, Hoa Thang and Hoa An.
